Our team has submitted two parts to the BioBricks Registry.
1.) BBa_k160000 => Chloride transport protein
2.) BBa_K160001 => Iron binding protein
Parts Description
1.) This part is a voltage-gated chloride channel which mediates the control of membrane potential and allows the passage of Chloride ions into the cell. This protein is located in the golgi apparatus.
2.) This part is an internal cellular protein that binds to iron ions inside the cell.
