How to pay your iGEM 2008 Jamboree attendance fees
Online registration is now CLOSED! All Jamboree guests need to register in person on-site on Friday (6pm-10pm) or Saturday (8am-8:45am). All fees still apply (including late fee).COST:
Per person attendance at the iGEM 2008 Jamboree November 8-9, 2008 at MIT, Cambridge, MA.$100.00 USD per undergraduate or high-school student
$250.00 USD per graduate student, instructor, or other attendee
TERMS:
Payment of Jamboree attendance fee must be received by MIT Conference Services by September 17, 2008. Payments after that date will increase $50.00 and all payments must be received by October 1, 2008.REFUND POLICY:
Refunds for cancellations received in writing on or before October 1, 2008 will be granted less a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be granted after that date. No refunds will be given for portions of the registration not being used. All refunds will be made in US dollars and will be processed in the manner in which the original payment was submitted, with the possible exception of wire payments which, at the organizers' discretion, may be refunded via check. If a refund is made via wire transfer, any bank fees will be deducted from the refund. iGEM is not responsible for cancellations or the inability of a team to travel due to weather, threat of terrorism, act of God and other events beyond iGEM's control.INVOICES:
An invoice will be available upon completion of the iGEM 2008 Jamboree attendance form at www.regonline.com/iGEM2008_jamboree.PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS:
Individual's attending the Jamboree must register at www.regonline.com/iGEM2008_jamboree. The following payment methods will be accepted: credit card, check, MIT account number and wire transfer. All team payments must be received on or before October 1, 2008.| Credit Card
