Overnight Results
- Assembly 4 (RBS + BP1) had colonies
- Assembly 3 (I715039 + E0240) didn't have colonies
Goals
- Make small (10ml) broth of colonies in Assembly 4 plate
- Redo digestion for Assembly 3, ligate, and transform
- Plate screening plasmid (again; got the wrong part the first time around)
Notes
- Haven't received screening plasmid yet
