Took photos of swiiming agar and measure distance travelled, found 0.3% to be the best for an overnight culture. all plates showed swarm spread at diff levels giving outer rings.

Took photos of swiiming agar and measure distance travelled, found 0.3% to be the best for an overnight culture. all plates showed swarm spread at diff levels giving outer rings.
