Manuel
- PCR VFprimer lacI BB
- Gelpurification
- 2nd PCR
- on product of first PCR with original primer
- original primer directly on BB plasmid
- Miniprep of J6300X (x=2,3,5,8)
- Verification gel of miniprep
Paul
-Digestion of tetR, lacI, c1, in order to check if the biobricks are really in the plasmid. Digestion with EcoR1 and Spe1
-Digestion of the PCR products tetR, lexA, Gal4, in order to have them in a silver standard and to insert them into the vector p1010 1A2. In this way, this vector is also digested for future insertion of biobricks. Enzymes used: EcoR1 and Spe1.
