lab work (SD):
Made overnights of K102031 and K102032 in LB+amp50 culture tubes from glycerol stocks. These will be used to transfer part K102032 into the pSB4A5 plasmid that K102031 is currently in, in hopes that XL1-B transformed with K102032 will be able to grow more easily.

Tabulated data and analysed it from LacZ Assay done Friday: File:LacZassay
