- Miniprep 23 tubes of bacteria, E7-ter, Lysis Terminator, lysis, lsrA respectively.
- Digestion of E7-terminator, lysis Terminator, Lysis Standard Vector, LsrA standard vector.
Heat inactivation at 80 celcius in thermal cycler before gel run.
