Miniprep of last part that had failed: I1466
Digested E1010 and F1060 and purified for ligation
Simulation: Did a little. We have to find a way to minimise feedback.
Research hasn't yet found anything good. Looking at a few ideas: -Protease to degrade when state has been chosen -RhlR mutation -low detect to build in a time delay.
