1. Digested RFP, p22cII, and LAMBDAcI: Digested with Xba1 and Pst1 so that the genes can be inserted into the ligation that was performed previously. |
2. Gel electrophoresis: Analysis with gel indicated the presence of all three digested products. |
3. Gel purification: Purify the DNA bands out of the gel. Analysis with spectrophotometry indicated that no DNA concentration was present. During attempts to spec, all product was lost by accidentally dropping the plate (didn't matter since had no DNA). We will attempt to repeat this procedure tomorrow.
