iGem Meeting Minutes 5/27/08

Meeting began at 2:15.

  • 2:15 Bobak explained what his group did in the lab: File:RFP.pdf
    • Procedure overview
    • Culturing (took 4 trials)
    • Transduction protocol
    • Quantification and Measurement

  • 2:25 Kiruthika gave a presentation on what they are going to do tomorrow
    • Materials/procedure

  • 2:35 Luke gave a presentation on Research
    • Biosensor Project
    • Research done up to this point
    • Research to be done
    • All research articles are posted on the wiki with a short summary
