Today in the Lab
Matt, Chris
- Transformation
- Only the YPH500 cells grew overnight and Mila prepared them for transformation.
- Chris and I then transformed into yeast and plated yeast on HIS- Galactose plates - we reinoculated the YPH501 cells for tomorrow.
