Overnight Results
- Positive and negative control plates were right
- Colonies on plates for A73, A75
- Made small overnight broth for those two
- Gel of cut OFP and BFP looks right
- Two bands in OFP lane, one is the right size for the insert, one isn't
- Also started small broth from an A74 plate that was before the last purification/transformation stage
