  • Sequencing results received for M150 to M152:
    • M150 is pSB1A2+cex (although sequence quality collapsed after ~500bp). This has been resequenced with the pSB1A2insR2 primer to check the suffix.
    • M151 looks to be a contaminant (possibly streptomyces) rather than cex.
    • M152 is pSB1A2+dxs+crtE. (AH)
  • Transformation results from yesterday:
    • SOB2-glgC: Plates 145, 146 and 152 had no colonies at all. Other plates had very few white colonies and no blue colonies.
    • LacZ-PcstA: Plate 147 - 3~4 white, 0 blue; Plate 154 - 67 white, 5 blue. (AM)
