Checking the minimal amount of protein added to the medium is sufficient for ampicillin (Ap 50) resistance for OmpA variants: A-alpha, A-omega and Z-omega


Rivalry Tests: Inoculation to one tube A-omega, omega and Z-omega - A_alpha protein added ~100 μg
