- BioBrick digestion with restriction enzymes
- DNA gel extraction
- Antarctic Phosphatase
- Ligation

LB medium preparation
(Estimated time: 10 min + 4 hours of autoclavation and cooling)
Materials needed:
- NaCl
- BactoTryptone
- Yiest extract
- ddH2O
- Erlenmeyer
- Agar
