- Lee got positive RT PCR of lpoA, and gave us the cDNA from P.C.
- We stored four different samples of cDNA in the -80 Freezer in Dorman
- Received stuff from Promega (pGEM Kit, EcoRI, and NotI). This was stored in the -20 Freezer in ABE.
