- LacI-RBS (vector, 2.2kb) with E7-Term (insert, 2.3kb).
- LacI-RBS (insert, 250bp) with E7-Term (vector, 5.3kb).
- LsrA-RBS (vector, 2kb) with Lysis-Term (insert, 330bp).
Gel run result after digestion showed desired bands (labeled are the bands extracted for ligation):
