- The material was sterilazed: Tip containers, LB agar media, LB media, CaCl2 solution, falcon tubes, eppendorf tubes, etc...
- Plates were prepared with LB agar (stocks of bacterial strains) and LB plates with antibiotic.
- To prepare the stock solution of CaCl2 1M add 4.44g of CaCl2 to 40ml od distilled water.
- Agar plates with lethal dosis of Amp and Tet.
- Amp lethal dosis:512µg/ml
- Tet lethal dosis:7.5µg/ml
