Motility AssaysWe will be using a Zeiss Axiovert 200 inverted microscope to capture our motility videos. The analysis will be done using Improvision Volocity acquisition software. We have chosen to use this microscope because it has a wide filter range so we can adjust it so it does not interfere with our blue light. It also has a highly sensitive a highly sensitive 1300x1000 pixel camera which will enable use to gather sufficient data for analysis.
