Features: T7 polymerase-coding sequence under control of arabinose promoter
Preparation: AID-coding fragment removed from pMPM-T5+AID+T7 by digest with EcoRI and HindIII following by blunting with T4 polymerase. Resulting product were extracted from agarose gel and self-ligated. [notebook entries]
