Goals
- Order midiprep kit
- miniprep ligation of BP1 and terminator (Assembly 2)
- Digest ligation
- run regular gel of ligation and large purified parts that will be used in other ligations
- run NuSieve gel for small unpurified parts
- purify small parts from gel
- Update notebook and project pages on wiki
- Project page deadline tomorrow
- Maxiprep E0240 and I715039
- Also ordered purification kits necessary to retrieve small parts.
