I am a first year graduate student working on Computer Science and Electrical Engineering at Texas Tech University, Texas. I am interested in computation in biology and medicine. I think bioinformatics research should not only focus on the developing of computing algorithms and tools, but also exhibit biological meanings by strongly connecting with biologists.

This is my homepage: http://narnia.cs.ttu.edu

I have heard about biological computing a long time ago, it would be great here to see how biological guys build up basic binary computing units, OR-gate, NOR-gate, AND-gate, etc., from biochemical reactions. It's great, "one day, your computer may be just a drop of solution."
