Results of the transformation :

  • Positive control : puc19 (1µl; 10pg/ml) --> No transformation
  • Biobricks 2007 : --> succeed of the transformation unlike the delay added in the ice
  • Biobricks 2008 : --> No transformation 
                 Conclusion : Cells are competente, because there is transformation
                 Hypothesis : problem with the protocol of extraction of
