Team Sorbitol:

Met with Dr. Pfleger and learned the specifics of biobricking.
Designed a procedure to biobrick our genes.
Following Weibel Lab protocols transformed pBAD30-srlD into MG1655, RL257 and JW3809.
Plated each and let grow overnight at 37C
