First day in the lab, we are currently in phase one of our project, confirming whether the parts we have are the parts that we think we have.

Dan, John, and Matt
- Triple Digest
- Determined the best restirction sites to cut our plasmids at.
- Began prepping tripple digest, ran out of time so we let the reaction run overnight in the PCR machine
