Overnight Results

  • No colonies on plates.

Goals

  • Check A51 under fluorescence scope to see if there's both red and green
  • Re-elute B0034
  • Re-transform A47-50
    • Positive (pUC19) and negative controls
  • Check induced A51 plate

Accomplished

  • A51 plate had both RED and GREEN but red was stronger than green.
    • Reds were uniform which is good news for later measurements
