Team Sorbitol:

Sucessfully cloned out the srl operon and srlD with restriction enzymes for an insertion into pET28a.
Team Fungus:
Minipreped to purify pET28a from overnight culture
The purified vector was put in 2 tubes with spec readings of 112.2 and 130.6 ng/uL respectively.
Met with faculty.
Lab meeting.
Designed new primers.
