Purifying LacIM

We obtained bad results -> No band visible on the gel. We are then starting again...

PCR of Ron Weiss plasmid

We have done again a PCR of the Ron Weiss' plasmids with the primers ordered to Invitrogen. We then did a gel electropheresis of the product in order to do a gel purification if the result is good.
