Today we started talking about the iGEM project.

Today I started setting up the wiki for iGEM.

(Note, this isn't real) I miniprepped I716435, I716435, and I716233 today using the Qiagen kit. Everything went fine. I'll do assembly tomorrow.

I got about 50 colonies for I716333 in righty, they all look healthy. I grew up 1 of each to mini tomorrow.
