- Miniprep of the ligation transformation of S105. Then ran a restriction digest to verify S105 and Biobrick vector ligation. A restriction digest was done rather than the verification PCR. The restriction digest was done with Spe and EcoRI (Multicore).
- Ran a gel of the PCR products from October 18.
