Blue/white and rifampicin test #1

  1. Blue colonies of each transformant strain were counted.
    Results (% of blue colonies):
    pMPMT5-omega 99%
    pMPMT5-AID 98%
    pMPMT5-AIDT7 76%
    pMPMT5-AID+T7 0.2%
  2. Plating transformant's cultures from the previous day on rifampicin.
  3. OD measurement.
