Wednesday 18 June

These tasks are carried out for E7 insert and empty plasmid vector for RBS 0034:

  • 4:30 pm: 1st digestion
  • 6:30 pm: PCR purification, followed by 2nd digestion
  • 11:30 pm: collect digested product and freeze at -20 to prevent reaction.
  • Also, at 6:15pm, we plate LacI promoter in Homemade Top 10 and DH5α
