i performed mini-preps and NotI checking digests of the following transformational candidates:

they both worked

Benny

  • continue of sequencing from Tuesdays
  • Ligated 21-25 X/P with ETFA/B S/P (green) and J61003 with ETFA/B X/P

winnie

  • finish up Benny's sequencing

Note: put letter T infront of Tom's sequencing and J in front of Jason's
