Overnight Results

  • Assembly 4 (RBS + BP1) had colonies
  • Assembly 3 (I715039 + E0240) didn't have colonies

Goals

  • Make small (10ml) broth of colonies in Assembly 4 plate
  • Redo digestion for Assembly 3, ligate, and transform
  • Plate screening plasmid (again; got the wrong part the first time around)

Notes

  • Haven't received screening plasmid yet
