Lambda Red Recombineering of RP4 (Bryan)

Rec'd DY331 w/ pSIM5.

AHL synthesis in yeast (Bryan)

Mini-prepped C0161 x2 and ran on gel. Both mini-preps electrophoresed as expected, slightly faster than 3 kb. Some genomic contamination. Sent part for sequencing.
