Team Sorbitol:

Created stocks of M9 Minimal media

We then created 3 solutions:

M9 + Glucose M9 + acetate M9 + no other carbon source

With these we will be able to test the ability of cells to use a different carbon source than glucose (ideally all glucose will be converted to sorbitol once we genetically engineer the cell to produce it)
