The sequencing was cleaned with Agencourt CleanSEQ dye-Terminator removal). It was then taken to the UW-biotech center for sequencing. Start PCR the srl operon from MG1655. Run on gel and no band is formed. Attended the Wisconsin iGEM team meeting.
