Group Updates:
Bimolecular Fluorescence
- They tried combine the gene by PCR, but it was not purified enough. They are re-trying the experiment
Tyrosine Kinase Receptor
- They are waiting on the gene to come in. They have the necessary protocols for the PCR reaction. Once the gene comes in, they will determine the necessary primers
GPCR
- The have protocols for their experiments. This project may not be possible to complete by November. PPT HERE
