·Success!!! Bacteria-Bacteria conjugation works
·Received lambda red primers for RP4 manipulation
LuxR from AraC and TetR
- Took AraC plasmid after thermo cycling out from the machine, stored in the fridge.
- Plated GFP generator (BBa_E0240: received from BioCircuit Lab) on LB Agar + Amp.
