DNA in small volume (maximal 10µl)
+ 20µl of KCM 5X
qsp 100µl H2O

Add 100µl of competent bacteria

Leave 20 min on ice, then 5 min at room temperature
It is possible to let them grow again for 1 hour at 37°C, or plate them immediately
No thermic shock
