Today, we amplify the gene cluster related to PCBs degradation and make it comform with biobrick standard. The parts are bphA1234BC, bphHIJK, bphD. Also, transform the plasmids pSB1AC3 into Top10, pAIA73 in to BL21, wait for the result.
