Overnight Results

  • Although plates have only grown ~13h most have colonies
    • A37 and A38 don't have colonies. They both used 1AK3

Accomplished

  • Did A35 and redid A37 and A38
    • Used pSB3K3 instead of pSB1AK3 this time
  • Made small overnight broth of A32-A34,A36,A39-A41
