  • The following were obtained from Courtney Evans to perform DNA extraction from yeast:
    • Glass Beads
    • 25:24:1 phenol/chloroform/isoamyl alcohol

Receptor Tyrosine Kinase method

all primers brought to standard concentration, 30mM

33.3μL H2O added per n mole of primer
