LuxR from AraC and tetR

- overnight P1010 in Tsy (Kan x 5, AC x 5).

Cure MG1655Z1

- No growth in LB Agar + Kan plate in all 8 sections. ==> We lost the pCD26 plasmid containing the promoter D29(AraC and TetR) with Kan resistance!!??!!
