We found out that LDL project cannot work since SP1 (sterol binding regulatory protein) is also a key regulator for many other genes.

We tried to analyze some other Synthetic Biology Tools than GenoCAD like Athena, GeneDesign, GeNetDes, SynBioSS, Sim Biology, BioJade, Antimony etc...
