  • Transforming the P0380+MCS ligation (#7, #2 and #4 were done using bad P0380 samples)
    • Ligated (100ul and 400ul) onto Kan plates
  • Transforming mutated Purple Russian into "Blue" cells.
    • Ligated (100ul and 400ul) onto Amp plates
