Today

  • The Site Directed Mutagenesis appears to have worked. We will digest with NotI to find out for sure
  • ER01 + ER02 ligation transformants grew. Digesting and/or sequencing to make sure.
  • We've moved wverything to the new lab so that's where we are working from now on!
