2 log ladder was loaded into the first two lanes (the ladder in first lane had appeared faintly on a previous gel, so it was loaded again along side a different aliquot to determine if the ladder was still good), 3rd lane empty, 4th lane contains MFA1 (L+R), 5th lane empty, 6th lane contains STE2 (R+L)
