- Made 10X TE buffer
- Made BG-11 + 5% LB plates
- Transformed PCC6803 w/ pRL1383a (see experiment)
- Practiced pulling plasmids off filter paper
Norman
- Checked PCR products for Norman's pha_genes in agarose gel
