Redid digestions of ER1+ER2, LacIQERE w/ Xbal/Pst using a diff. source of DNA than previous attempt
Prepped gel and loaded it with above digests, along with yesterday's digests - LacIQERE may be a bit too small; may submit LacIQERETET, instead.
Digestion of ER1, ER2 w/ Age & Ngo
